Who we are:
We believe every woman has the power to shape her future, lead with purpose, and change the world — and we’re here to make sure she doesn’t have to do it alone.
BPW North Toronto is where professional women come to do real work — and build real friendships along the way.
As part of BPW Canada and BPW International — a global network spanning more than 100 countries, recognized by the United Nations — what we do here in North Toronto carries weight far beyond our city. When our members write a resolution, it can travel all the way to Parliament Hill. When we send a delegate to New York, we are representing Canadian women on the world stage.
Our club actively contributes to causes that matter:
Equal Pay — because the gender pay gap is not history, it is today’s reality.
Anti-Human Trafficking — raising awareness, supporting survivors, and pushing for policy change.
The Commission on the Status of Women — sending delegates to the United Nations in New York to represent Canadian women in global conversations about equality.
Women’s Economic Independence — supporting women to lead, earn, and decide on their own terms.
Indigenous Women’s Voices — ensuring the women most often left out of the conversation are heard.
Young BPW — because the next generation of women leaders deserves a seat at the table now, not later. We actively support and develop young women aged 35 and under, with pathways to leadership at the club, national, and international level.
BPW International — as a member of BPW North Toronto, you are automatically connected to a worldwide community of women in over 100 countries working toward the same goals. You are never just a local member. You are a global one.
This is not a networking club with a cause bolted on. The cause is the point. The friendships, the leadership, the community — those are what happen when women work together with purpose.
